Ben Steele-Turner

Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Registered Nutritionist

After a background of working as a Personal Trainer, Ben qualified with First-class honours in BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University in 2017 and is now a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Ben is interested in treating a variety of musculoskeletal complaints using a holistic approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention. After discussion and thorough assessment, Ben will work with you to set personalised goals for you, your lifestyle and what you most want to achieve.

A plan of treatment including; Manual Therapy, Mobilisation, an Exercise Routine, Advice & Education can then be created to begin working towards achieving your goals. Ben’s philosophy relies on a positive Therapist-Client relationship where he addresses the current condition in a way that suits each individual.

Alongside being a Physiotherapist, Ben is also an Associate Registered Nutritionist having gained a Master’s degree with Distinction in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey. Feel free to pick Ben’s brain about any questions you have relating to your diet or eating habits during your treatment!

Outside of work, you’ll normally find Ben teaching his Indoor Cycling or Circuits classes, training in the gym or walking his dog around Leith Hill
