In light of the recent COVID-19 announcement, we wanted to let you know what we are able to continue to offer at Cranfold.
Cranfold will continue to be here for you to help you to:
- relieve your pain
- return you to what you love
· achieve and maintain your future fitness and wellbeing
We can continue to offer face to face appointments with our Physiotherapists and Claire our Sports Therapist, so please do attend your booked session as planned. Should this change at any time, we will contact you.
However, if you would rather be seen remotely, we have excellent remote options to have your appointment via telephone or video call.
We recognise that manual therapy is not possible remotely, but our experienced physios have many modalities to manage your treatment plan and ensure that you have all the tools and knowledge you need to improve from home if this is your preference, or if that is the safest way to treat and support you during this time.
Should you feel that you would rather move your planned face to face appointment to remote, please just let us know.
Please be assured that we will continue to maintain our high standards of hygiene to protect you and our staff on site in the practices.
Our complementary therapists may be unable to treat during this time. We are awaiting confirmation on this and will update you accordingly.
Our Pilates classes will return to being streamed only from Thursday, so do keep an eye out for your YouTube link if you are a member! We hope this will continue to keep you healthy and motivated during this month.
Also, don’t forget that our fantastic Pilates instructors are working hard behind the scenes to create excellent content for our Online Pilates Membership. You can sign up for Online Pilates Membership and get the first week FREE. If after the first week, you do not want to continue, you can cancel your membership at no cost.
There are also alot of other FREE classes and talks available, please see “Online Classes”
