Mindfulness is a simple concept of paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.
It can improve physical and emotional health, enhancing wellbeing. It is beneficial for us all in our busy and demanding world, improving sleep, concentration and memory.
Mindfulness is widely used within the NHS for a range of problems and NICE approved for the treatment of recurrent depression.
The 2 hour workshop will now be held on Friday 26th February at Cranfold, Grove House, Horsham 9.30am with Dr Rosie Odhuba.
