
Laura Starmer is a physio and pilates instructor based at our Horsham clinic. Her new class on a Tuesday will be a relaxing session designed to gently mobilise and Stretch your body. Some of the movements will have a Pilates or Yoga basis to them, with an emphasis on breathing and flow to allow you to improve your flexibility in a comfortable and enjoyable way. The class will begin with a gentle warm up followed by some mobility and flexibility work and conclude with a short period of relaxation. All abilities welcome.
