About the Class – This class is run in a circuit format with a variety of exercises tailed to suit you. Equipment such as dumbbell’s, kettlebells, steps and swiss balls are used to give a whole-body workout
The programme will be aimed towards increasing your fitness performance which we will retest after 6 weeks.
Your first 1:1 assessment has to be taken ideally before the start of the course and after this, there will be 6 weekly sessions and test week will be on the sixth session.
Who is running the classes
Ben is a Chartered Physiotherapist, who also works as Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation specialist. Ben comes from a background in Personal Training and Group Exercise instructing.
Glen has a BSc in Exercise Science, specialising in Rehabilitation & Health. After time as a Royal Marines Commando, Glen is now studying his MSc Physiotherapy at St Georges University, London.
What to bring – Wear appropriate footwear for exercising, make sure you bring along a water bottle and wear loose fitting clothing, hopefully you’ll be working up a sweat!
