Amanda is currently training for her first ultra marathon which is 60km but she has also run several marathons and completed 2 Ironman events!
So, are you running a half or full marathon this Spring and want to avoid or address any niggles? Or are you a keen walker?
Amanda will assess you and test your flexibility, core stability/strength and have a chat about your concerns about running/walking.
You will then have an assessment on the treadmill where you will walk and run for a few minutes whilst we watch and record you using the coaches eye app.
Amanda will then chat about any weakness to address or how to prevent and stop niggles with a combination of footwear advice and a bespoke exercise plan. Your exercises will then be emailed to you to keep.
The session will last for 1 hour. You will need to bring your shorts
