Following a successful career as a professional dancer Erica graduated as a Physiotherapist
from the University of Southampton in 2004. She completed post-graduate specialist training
with the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and has gained additional skills to practise
acupuncture and teach pilates.
Erica has a wide range of experience of treating patients in all sectors with a variety of
conditions and is very much enjoying her new role at Cranfold treating new and current clients.
Since 2015 Erica has been a Foot and Ankle Extended Scope Practitioner within the NHS and
is a member of the British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (BOFAS). In her role within the
NHS she works closely with the orthopaedic consultants, treating complex foot and ankle
conditions.
Erica divides her time between private practice, the NHS and is also the School Physio for a
local dance school. She enjoys the variety of challenges which each role provide and is
passionate about ensuring patients meet their individual, functional or sporting/dance related
goals. She has a special interest in the rehabilitation of the young dancer and sports person.
Between juggling family life and physio she loves yoga and enjoys pilates, cycling, skiing and
horse riding.
