I am a Chartered Physiotherapist having gained my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from St. George’s University of London with a First-Class Honours. Prior to my Master’s, I completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Therapy at the University of Worcester.
I have a great interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions and passionately believe in working together with everyone whilst on their recovery pathway. In my initial assessments I enjoy finding out what is important to each person, guiding my treatment and allowing shared decisions to be made whilst returning to peak performance. My experience gained working with patients in the NHS and with athletes from amateur to elite sporting backgrounds; has provided me with the skillset to support each person throughout their journey.
Outside of physiotherapy my main interests lie in playing rugby, hiking and running. Through my running I enjoy raising money for charities, having completed the Brighton Marathon several times for various causes.
Throughout my career I have strived to provide each individual with the best care possible ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and supportive environment, a practice I have continued to grow at Cranfold.
