Jess joined the team in May 2024. She graduated from Brunel University with a first-class honour’s degree in physiotherapy. Since graduating, Jess has thrown herself into the world of sports and private musculoskeletal practice. She has gained valuable experience working in a variety of settings including private clinics, local schools, and various local rugby teams. Jess has also spent time working internationally with the Romanian rugby team in their build up to the 2023 rugby world cup.

Jess believes in a holistic and individualised approach to rehab. She enjoys identifying and addressing the root cause of a problem to prevent injuries reoccurring in the long run and has a strong focus on helping people achieve their goals.

Outside of being a chartered physiotherapist, Jess is a keen athlete competing at national level in Pole Vault. She is also a qualified Level 1 athletics coach, and thoroughly enjoys coaching both sprints and pole vault in her spare time. Subsequently, it is of no surprise that Jess has a particular interest in the prevention and rehabilitation of sport-specific injuries.

Throughout her training and in her role as a coach, Jess has had ample experience working with the neurodiverse population, which she has always really enjoyed. She believes that tailoring her assessment and treatment sessions to meet the needs of any individual is one of the most important aspects of her role.

When she isn’t in the clinic, throwing herself in the air, or teaching people how to run and jump, Jess loves exploring the countryside with her dog and spending time at the horses she grew up caring for.
